The Role: We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Sydney Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment. 38 hours per week across a 5-day roster. *Predominately looking for an afternoon superstar (2pm-10pm) shifts and occasional morning coverage What You’ll Do: ✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example ✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets ✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards ✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team ✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting - delegating tasks, resolving customer disputes etc ✅ Confident communicator and motivator ✅ A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome ✅ Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure ✅ Good level of fitness to lift things ✅ A respectful and team-oriented attitude ✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays) mostly afternoon shifts (2PM-10PM) occasional coverage in morning if needed ✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks & Benefits: ✈️ Parking – No one likes paying for it!
